Dom Hind
Founder. Creative. Builder of brands, businesses, and a life I'm genuinely proud of.
Co-founded WiTH Collective and sold it to Dentsu. Now running Reunion Agency. Still building.
25 years. Always the same question: how can we make this better?
About
I've always pushed for more. 25 years building brands and businesses in digital.
Started in digital before the Sydney 2000 Olympics. Built the government's Small Business digital framework. Worked on Marks & Spencer's website in London. Set up digital and direct departments at Clemenger Proximity, Y&R Brands, M&C Saatchi, and Leo Burnett.
In 2010, started my own agency with no money, no clients, and a stubborn belief that caring about people produces better work. We grew it, sold it, finished the earn-out — and I kept going.

Always asking: what works, what doesn't, and what could be better.

What I believe
What I actually learned.
I question everything.
If it can be done better — that's the thinking, not the detail. Twenty-five years in this industry will teach you two things: most problems have already been solved, and most people are too committed to their first answer to notice.
Good ideas should move the business, not just win awards.
The best creative decisions I've ever made were driven by a business outcome, not a brief. The worst ones were driven by what looked good in a case study.
Joy is always a strategy.
The work I'm proudest of was made by people who genuinely wanted to be in the room together. Culture is not a benefit. It's the operating system.
Permission is everything.
Most people are waiting to be told it's okay. Give yourself permission first — everything else follows. This applies to careers, to businesses, to the second half of your life.
The best chapter is still ahead.
I started a podcast about turning 50 because too many women go quiet exactly when they should get louder. That's not an observation. That's a problem worth fixing.
Career
Four chapters. All of them worth it.
2000–2010
The agency years
Clemenger Proximity, Y&R Brands, M&C Saatchi, and Leo Burnett. Learning how great agencies build brands at scale.
2010–2016
WiTH Collective
Co-founded with Justin Hind. Built into one of Australia's most awarded independent digital-creative agencies, with teams across Sydney and Melbourne. Acquired by Dentsu in 2016 — the exit that proved the model worked.
2016–2023
Dentsu & Beyond
Took WiTH Collective through acquisition by Dentsu and into the Isobar network. During this period also co-founded With Humans — an employee experience consultancy using Whole Brain Thinking to help teams understand how they work best together. Learned exactly what to do differently next time.
2023 → NOW
Reunion Agency & More
Started again from scratch with Steve Knowles and Justin Hind. Reunion is the agency we always wanted to build — small, connected, and genuinely fun. Alongside it: Broceuticals (male skincare, D2C, ANZ launch), You+ (supplement system), and Orbit — all in progress, all intentional.
Speaking
I love a real conversation. Speaking on creativity, business, and what actually matters.
I speak to founders, CMOs, and leadership teams navigating change — on building independent businesses, creative thinking as a commercial asset, midlife as a beginning not an ending, and what 25 years in digital actually teaches you. Available for keynotes, panels, fireside conversations, and workshops.
Skincare
Broceuticals · Male skincare, built differently. D2C, ANZ launch first.
Supplements
You+ · Supplement system for people who take their health seriously.
Let's make something good.
Outside of Reunion, I work with a small number of founders and leadership teams each year — on brand strategy, positioning, and creative direction. Advisory, speaking, and the occasional idea I can't say no to. If something's sparking, let's talk — dom@hind.co.
